She has told the court that she is the daughter of amit Patel and is a resident of ganga Bhawan, jai Prakash Road, Versova, Andheri West, Mumbai. The case related to the actress is under consideration in ACJM court Number-2. In the application on behalf of Ameesha, it has been said that she has been falsely and maliciously implicated in the related complaint. While filing the first bail application, the actress has said that there has been no transaction of any kind of money in her bank account. She said that the money must have been sent by the plaintiff to Rajkumar Goswami's account and not to his account. Ignoring this fact, the court has passed the relevant order and summoned him. Ameesha has said that warrants are pending against her, due to which she fears her arrest. That's why she is giving anticipatory bail application. After applying for anticipatory bail, ameesha patel went back to Delhi.
Complainant pawan kumar Verma, resident of Moradabad, had filed a case against Ameesha Patel. Pawan runs an event management company by the name of Dream Vision. He alleges that he had invited ameesha patel for Rs 11 lakh to dance in the wedding of his client Ayush Aggarwal on 16 november 2017. Before this date, opposition prince had received Rs 11 lakh from him.
