Chiranjeevi going Rajinikanth and Shah Rukh Khan Way

G GOWTHAM
Superstar chiranjeevi has two projects lined up in quick succession. He is working with two directors: PS Mithran, a tamil filmmaker, and Vasishta, a young filmmaker known for Bimbisara. It's interesting to note that Mithran had earlier offered ram charan a script, but it's currently being modified for Chiranjeevi. To customise the script to fit Chiru's persona, his team is collaborating closely with Mithran in Chennai. This endeavour will begin right after the release of Vasishta's movie.

Chiranjeevi's strategy appears to have been greatly affected by the fiasco of "Bholaa Shankar." He shelved a remake project and is currently collaborating with up-and-coming artists full of new ideas and notions. PS Mithran is a director with a history of popular and well-received films, having previously directed “Abhimanyudu” with vishal and “Sardar” with Karthi. Mithran is well known for his gripping narrative and directing.

Any performer will reveal a new side when they work with new and fresh directors. We witnessed how Nelson and atlee portrayed Shah Rukh Khan as Jawan and Rajinikanth as a prisoner in whole different avatars, which delighted both the audience and their devoted followers. It's admirable that chiranjeevi chose to work with filmmakers he's never worked with before rather than the tried-and-true ones. With his next movie, let's hope Mithran also introduces a never-before-seen Chiranjeevi.
