200 crore fraud case hearing postponed till december 20, Jacqueline's bail was to be decided


Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandes arrived in Delhi's patiala House court today i.e. on monday to appear in the Rs 200 crore money laundering case involving thug Sukesh Chandrasekhar. The patiala House court, after a brief hearing, adjourned the matter till december 20. Please tell that Jacqueline was accompanied by her lawyers prashant Patil and shakti Pandey in the patiala House Court.


Let us inform you that the last hearing in this matter was held on 24 November. During this, Jacqueline's lawyers had asked for the next date for presenting their stand on the allegation and debate, after which the court gave Jacqueline the next date of december 12 in this case. Explain that the accused was not arrested during the investigation, on the basis that the court granted bail to Jacqueline on november 15.

Jacqueline was granted conditional bail by Special Judge Shailendra Malik on a personal bond of Rs two lakh. The court's conditions include not leaving the country without prior permission of the court and participating in the investigation when called by the ED. Later, she also appeared before the court during the summary proceedings on furnishing a personal bond.


Jacqueline's name is associated with thug Sukesh chandrasekhar in a money laundering case of 200 crores, and the demand for the arrest of the actress has been rising. The Enforcement Directorate in its report has accused Sukesh chandrasekhar of cheating several high-profile individuals.
