Rajpal Yadav Complies with Court Directive??!
Rajpal Yadav Granted Bail by delhi High court in Check Bounce Case
Actor rajpal yadav, currently in tihar jail over a check bounce case, received significant relief as the delhi High court granted him bail until march 18.
The court had earlier directed Yadav’s lawyer to deposit ₹1.5 crore in favor of the complainant, which is the company from which the actor had borrowed funds, as a condition for interim bail.
Rajpal Yadav complied with the court’s directive and deposited the amount, after which the delhi High court approved his release on bail.
The next hearing in the case is scheduled for march 18, at which point further proceedings will take place.
Justice Swaran Kanta Sharma passed the bail order, noting that the actor’s niece’s wedding on february 19 was a factor in granting temporary relief.
With bail granted, rajpal yadav will now be able to attend family events, including the wedding, and celebrate holi at home.
Justice Sharma clarified that the deposit must be made via a demand draft (DD) rather than an FDR, ensuring proper legal compliance.
The court observed that a ₹25 lakh demand draft had already been submitted in the defendant’s name, and an additional ₹75 lakh had also been deposited.
The delhi High court set a strict timeline, giving the actor’s lawyer until 3 p.m. on the same day to submit the full ₹1.5 crore as a DD.
The court stated clearly: if the amount was deposited by 3 p.m., rajpal yadav would be released; otherwise, the matter would be heard the following morning.
By meeting the court’s condition, rajpal yadav secured interim relief, ensuring temporary freedom until the next hearing.
This decision allows him to manage personal and family commitments while complying with legal procedures.
The bail order underscores the importance of adhering to the court’s procedural requirements, including timely payment through proper channels.
The case highlights the ongoing judicial scrutiny in financial disputes like check bounce cases and the provisions available for temporary relief through interim bail.
Rajpal Yadav’s release has been welcomed by his family and fans, offering him the opportunity to balance personal obligations with ongoing legal matters.
