However, the truth to be told the movie falls right in the middle in the spectrum of good and bad. You can never say if the movie is actually good or bad, it’s average to be precise.
Biggest reason for the movie to be average is Dhanush. Carrying a role similar to Raanjhana, dhanush brings in his full might to save the movie ably supported by ARR’s soulful songs and BGM. However, the movie writing lacks luster in the second half and we settle to an “okayish” feel. Like Raanjhana, dhanush has yet again outscored his bollywood co-stars in the movie as many are praising his acting more than that of sara ali khan or Akshay Kumar.
