Actor samantha Ruth Prabhu has played a variety of well-received parts in telugu and tamil films for more than ten years. The actress has given outstanding performances in cinema, from her breakthrough role in "Ye maya Chesave" to dancing to the viral smash song "Oo Antava." the family man served as her theatrical debut in northern India.
Outside of the film industry, Prabhu has been progressively making her mark in the business sphere. She was a co-founder of the ethnic apparel direct-to-consumer (D2C) firm Saaki and has invested in Nourish You and other startups during their seed stages. After investing in and becoming a co-founder of the direct-to-consumer health firm Secret Alchemist, she recently added yet another feather to her entrepreneurial crown.
Ankita Thadani and akash Valia founded the aromatherapy-based wellness firm in 2021. It sells roll-ons, candles, and other items manufactured from essential oils for joint discomfort, hair development, skincare, and other purposes. In a recent seed round headed by Inflection Point Ventures, the business raised $500,000.
When a product easily fits into your daily routine and you notice a gap in your routine when you don't use it, you know it's excellent. "I believe that's the moment when magic happens," she says in an exclusive conversation with IH. "I felt an immediate connection to Secret Alchemist—I found myself reaching for their products daily."
Prabhu says that her motivation for starting her own business was the desire to create something meaningful and improve people's lives.  Money should certainly intrigue and drive me, but that hasn't been the case as I come from modest beginnings. These kinds of events are what complete my existence, says Prabhu. She prefers to pursue her passion as an investment in an attempt to have a significant influence. She claims that she would no longer want to be connected to the firm if she stopped utilizing the things that she had invested in.
Samantha feels that her creative energy is nourished and fulfilled in various ways by both the film industry and entrepreneurship. One thing unites the two roles: "When you fail, it's in front of a live audience."
