NPDCL to introduce advanced dashboard application to streamline services
On Friday, Karnati varun reddy, the chairman and managing director of Northern Power Distribution Company of telangana Limited (TGNPDCL), said that plans were on to create a dashboard application that would facilitate the viewing of all company-related data.
In a video conference held at the utility operation center, varun reddy stated that users could access detailed information about workforce management, the outage management system, demand side management, consumer portal, citizen management, meter data management, and asset management via the dashboard application.

He said that there would be a capability to track down the exact location and specifics of any outages, billing, collection, and complaint records, all of which would be available at a single location akin to the command center. According to him, consumers will have access to chatbots and interactive voice response systems to have their issues resolved quickly.
He added that although customers were shifting to give higher-quality supplies, the NPDCL was ahead of the curve in delivering the required technologies in step with the times. He stated that the NPDCL had started a new trend of reaching out to more customers and solving their concerns.
