Kate Middleton, battling cancer - May Not Return to Royal Duties

A US news outlet, citing insiders, has revealed that Royal Princess Kate Middleton, who is fighting illness, may never return to her royal responsibilities. She "may never come back in the role that people saw her in before," according to a US Weekly story that cited sources. When it came to royal engagements with her husband, prince William, the Princess of wales used to be the main attraction. According to the insider, Kate is presently "reevaluating what she’s going to be able to take on when she comes back" following chemotherapy that was administered as part of her preventive treatment.

When Kate does resume her royal responsibilities, "it will be (based) on medical advice, and it will be very carefully balanced," according to even royal expert richard Fitzwilliams.

The information was leaked a few weeks prior, when it was said Kate Middleton, 42, might not make any public appearances as a working royal for the remainder of the year.

Kate Middleton's diary for this year is vacant, a source said to The Daily Beast earlier this month.

"No plans are in place. She could stay out of the public eye for the remainder of the year," the person stated.

The source went on to say that he wouldn't rule out sending out another video message informing everyone of Kate Middleton's most recent health state.

During recent events, prince William has reassured well-wishers about his wife's wellbeing. The Princess's return to public responsibilities is contingent upon receiving approval from her medical team, according to a Kensington Palace representative earlier this year.

When rumours surdata-faced in march that Kate was working from home for the Centre for Early Childhood, royal supporters hoped she might return to the spotlight. Those dreams were crushed, though, when her cancer diagnosis and treatment were announced.
