Samantha - "I Didn't Have a Luxurious Life.."

The actress samantha Ruth Prabhu has revealed that, having not had an opulent upbringing, her focus has always been on achievement since she was a little child. On her podcast, "Take 20," samantha talked about this subject. Through sharing her experiences, she hopes to help others empathise, understand, and ask for assistance when they need it.
 
In one episode, samantha and nutritionist and wellness coach Alkesh Sharotri discussed the fight-or-flight response of the human body under specific circumstances. "I used to think that tiredness and the desire for relaxation were indicators of fragility. The actress, who has myositis, an autoimmune disease, stated, "I was proud to be a hustler, thriving on only six hours of sleep, and being exceptionally productive throughout the day."
 
"Despite feeling exhausted, I refused to acknowledge it, working tirelessly without a break for 13 years."
 

The actress went on: "I didn't have an affluent upbringing, so I focused on achievement from a young age. My entire childhood, I was under constant pressure to 'Make It'. nourished the idea that I wasn't good enough all the time, which developed a powerful drive to excel at any costs."
 
Samantha stated that although "acting is glamorous, which it is, that's not the entire reality." samantha had captured the hearts and minds of the country with her stunning performance in the song "Oo Antava" from "Pushpa: The Rise."
 

It takes a lot of effort and strain, particularly when you're scrutinised and in the public eye all the time. Some females start even earlier in this field than I did when I started, at the age of 22 or 23. We allow people to define and determine who we are; we don't enter this knowing everything," the woman remarked.
 
"I've been letting others define me since childhood, creating a pattern where I worked tirelessly to please and seek approval from others," samantha remarked, reflecting on her own experience. My own ambitions, feelings, and ideas eventually faded into the background.
 
After she succeeded, fears surdata-faced.
 

"After I succeeded, I was afraid of failing and started looking for my next big project right away. Therefore, I think that throughout my career, I've been in fight or flight mode," she said.
 
Samantha will soon be featured in the OTT series "Citadel: Honey Bunny," starring opposite varun Dhawan.
