Only the first two weeks of the 2024 IPL series schedule was published first. Now the complete match schedule of this year's IPL series is out.
As the IPL schedule was forced to be announced before the 2024 parliamentary election dates were announced, the bcci had initially only released the schedule for two weeks. The bcci had said that the schedule for other matches would be announced after announcing the dates for the parliamentary elections in India. While some have said that the second half of the IPL series is likely to be held abroad, the entire IPL series will certainly be held in india amidst the elections. The full IPL schedule that is out now has announced the date of the final match, and the IPL final match is scheduled to take place on May 26. And the final match is going to be held after a long time at Chepakkam Stadium in Chennai. The second qualifying match of the play-off round is also going to be held in Chennai.
