From high bp to blood-related diseases, metabolic diseases, diabetes, high cholesterol, etc., it is healthy to eat it.Aloe veraThe consumption of aloe vera can prove beneficial in many diseases like halitosis, gall bladder stone, constipation, high blood, sugar, obesity, skin disease.Haritaki(Kadukkai)Haritaki is used in the prevention and treatment of many diseases. Apart from this, its consumption is beneficial in many diseases like mouth ulcers, constipation, obesity, diabetes, and heart disease.
