The chennai High court has questioned actor Sivakarthikeyan on why he filed a plea in connection with salary arrears three years later. He requested that Gnanavle raja be barred from releasing photographs until the money owed to him was paid.
Gnanaveel Raja, the producer, has filed a response in this lawsuit. producer Gnanavel raja had stated in his reply petition that he did not like the story of the film 'Mr. Local,' featuring actor Sivakarthikeyan, and that the film was made because Sivakarthikeyan compelled Rajesh to be the director, and that the film cost him Rs 20 crore. producer Sivakarthikeyan has stated that the distributors should not be required to pay Rs 2 crore and Rs 40 lakh for the loss incurred in the film 'Mr Local,' and that the distributors should avoid becoming embroiled in the matter. In the petition, Gnanavle raja requested a response.
The case was reheard today before Judge M. Sundar in light of the circumstances. "Sivakarthikeyan has asked Mr. Distributors to reimburse him for the damages sustained in the film 'Mr. Local,' and is now pursuing the issue," stated Vijayan Subramanian, a lawyer for producer Gnanavell at the time. "The matter of Sivakarthikeyan vs. DTS is pending in another session," he remarked. "Why did you wait three years to file the petition?" D.D.S. The court questioned actor Sivakarthikeyan on why he filed another plea when there was already one pending in the case. The matter was subsequently deferred to the 13th for two arguments by Judge M Sunder.
