"In the lead-up to the elections, frequent visits from Union ministers help to foster a favourable environment for the party. J.P. Nadda, the head of the party, and B.L. Santhosh, the national general secretary of the organisation, would receive a thorough report from the Union ministers "a top bjp official said. The bjp intends to travel to every hamlet in telangana in order to ensure that the party is completely ready for the assembly in the event that elections are called off. In order to connect with the people in all of the state's assembly constituencies, the bjp has already begun a "scooter yatra."
Former telangana bjp President and rajya sabha Member K. Laxman said: "The telangana bjp has organised a committee of ten state leaders who are each responsible for ten assembly districts. Under our "Praja Gosa - bjp Bharosa" (problems of the people — trust in BJP) programme, they would visit every village in these seats." The program's first phase has begun and will run through august 14. These leaders will visit communities once a month and host "chaupals" to engage the locals. The bjp leaders are going on scooters to reach out to the most villagers and people possible.
The bjp leaders would also spend the night in each village during the "scooter yatra," along with 100 to 150 workers. They will engage the populace and showcase all of the narendra modi administration's initiatives. "Every day, our leaders will visit seven to eight communities, and the central leadership of the party has ordered that the exercise be finished by December. The entire programme has been designed to adequately prepare the party in the event that the assembly elections are moved up "A party official remarked.
