Foods that we eat deposits in the form of protein, fat and cholesterol. There are different types of cholesterol, one among them is LDL which is low density lipo protein is bad cholesterol. Next type is HDL which is called as high density lipo protein which is good cholesterol and VLDL which is very low density lipo protein. Of them LDL is bad cholesterol, which should be low, HDL is good cholesterol but it is less in our body. Moreover VLDL is also bad cholesterol and it is in dominating state of mind.


Fats are also sources of essential fatty acids which is an important dietary requirement. Moreover vitamin a, D, E and K are fat soluble vitamins and vitamin c, B1 and B12 are water soluble vitamins. Fat plays an important role in maintaining healthy hair and skin and it also maintains healthy blood pressure and promotes cell function. Meanwhile studies have discovered that replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in our daily diet reduced the risk of cardiovascular disease.


Moreover consumption of trans fats increases the risk of heart disease. Furthermore of all fat Omega 3 fat is the best form of fat needed for our body. But we consume more Omega 6 enriched fats which is available in the oil which we use on a daily basis. Omega 3 fat is found in Salmon fish which is found in deep sea in Pacific ocean. Normally fish has good fat, but when we fry it in oil it becomes a bad fat.
