This will also greatly benefit the country's economy. The salary of those working in the IT sector can also increase by 25-30%. Global Capabilities Centers (GCCs) have also played an important role in creating jobs. Since 2018, more than 6 lakh people have got jobs in GCCs. This number is expected to reach 28 lakhs by 2030.CMR Senior Analyst amit sharma said, AI may replace some jobs in the coming times, but new jobs and opportunities will also emerge with it. Rather than completely replacing jobs, AI is more likely to change the nature of work, which will require workers to adapt to new roles and responsibilities. AI is reshaping industries and promoting innovation in the global economy.
