Both of these are fake messages and through these messages, people are being cheated by trapping them in the net.
The Department of Telecommunications has taken this action based on the complaints received on the Chakshu portal. If you also receive any such message in which it is being claimed that the electricity connection will be cut if KYC is not done, then you can complain about that number on the Chakshu portal. Apart from this, you can complain about any kind of possible fraud or scam number on this site.
