While the lifestyle and diet of today's youth are constantly being criticized for being so poor, everyone's health is being affected, from high-ranking executives to high-paid corporate employees. Recently ambareesh Murthy, co-founder of online furniture company Pepperfry, died of a heart attack while on a bike ride in Leh. It is no exaggeration to say that his death shocked the entire startup community.

The young man resigned from his life-important job with a salary of Rs.3 crore. Meanwhile, the story of 28-year-old Eric Yu, who works as a software engineer at Meta, a company that builds social networking sites like Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram, suddenly had a panic attack that caused his ears to stop beating. As World Mental health Day was celebrated yesterday, Eric Yu's old posts started trending on the internet. In this, Eric Yu talks about the problems he data-faced at Meta and what led to the panic attack. Eric Yu has been working on Word for 7 days and doing coding development. Eric Yu got a job at Google, but because of his passion for Facebook, he joined Meta after realizing that working on social networking sites would allow him to work on a new generation of technology. Eric Yu, who joined the Meta company with a salary of around 3 crore rupees, is facing a lot of pressure. Usually in big corporate organization huge target is set for employees. Eric Yu said that the code review will be tested under strict conditions. Eric Yu reported that he was tensed many times by receiving severe feedback to correct his computer coding, which put him in a bad mood. Meta also keeps its internal ratings transparent so that one's rating is visible to all software engineers.

Eric Yu is mentally driven to the worst whenever his rating drops, so he is forced to work hard to improve his rating and has a habit of working all week including saturday and Sunday. Because of this, his stress gradually increased and pushed him to the point of panic attacks. Eric Yu has data-faced such panic attacks many times since 2019. His colleague and girlfriend noticed this condition. Deciding that life is important, the duo quit their Meta jobs in 2022 and turned tech workers into real estate tycoons.
