InfoEdge is one of the largest tech public companies in india, operating on platforms such as Naukri, jeevan Sathi, 99 Acres and Shiksha. Info was one of the first investors in Somato and Policy Bazaar.


Isle is one of the few B2C product startups started by a Malayalee. Able has decided to strengthen its presence in india with its new investment in the dating market. Able Joseph, a native of Thammanam, Ernakulam, started the island in 2014 after recognizing the lack of platforms for unmarried indians to meet and communicate freely. He launched the first Arike app for Malayalees in the context of the growing popularity of dating.

The island's membership has grown by 100 percent over the past two years. Ile introduced products that help members get to know their loved ones through the app and then exit the platform.


Able Joseph said the goal is to become the largest dating company in india through its partnership with InfoEdge. He said that our success story will inspire new ventures from kerala and hope that they will be able to take advantage of this opportunity to build more global products.
