KKR set a tough target for RCB..!?
Batting first against RCB in IPL Season 16, KKR scored 204 runs in 20 overs thanks to Shardul Thakur's record half-century and set RCB a tough target of 205 runs. KKR who lost the first match and RCB who won the first match will dominate today's match. RCB captain Duplessis won the toss and opted to field in the ongoing match at Eden Gardens, Kolkata.

KKR Team:
Mandeep Singh, Rahmanullah Gurbaz (wicketkeeper), Nitish Rana (captain), Ringu Singh, Andre Russell, Shardul Tagore, sunil Narine, Suyash Sharma, Tim Southee, Umesh Yadav, varun Chakraborty.
Rahmanullah Gurbaz and venkatesh Iyer were the two openers for KKR who batted first. David Willey bowled venkatesh Iyer for 3 runs and then bowled Mandeep Singh in the very next ball. With wickets falling at one end, opener Rahmanullah Gurbaz was out for 57 runs as captain Nitish Rana walked for one run, but at the other end, he stood up and scored a swinging half-century. After that, Andre Russell ducked out on the very first ball and then shardul thakur hit the RCB bowling with fours and sixes to score his fifty in 20 balls. Ringu Singh scored 46 runs off 33 balls to score 68 runs off 29 balls with 9 fours and 3 sixes. Shardul Thakur's record half-century, which shared the 2nd place with Twin Bravo in the list of the 7th highest run-scorers in the IPL, saw KKR score 204 runs in 20 overs and set a tough target of 205 runs for RCB.
