Officials Did Not Turn Up To The Review Meeting of AP Minister
Agriculture Minister Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy was shocked by the officials of the agriculture department. The officials were called for a review by the Minister but they did not attend. Special Commissioner Muralidhar Reddy, Special Secretary, Rajasekhar of the Agriculture Ministry, has been informed to attend the meeting.
But the officials did not attend the meeting. Somi Reddy, who waited for three hours in his office for officials went away. Due to the Model Code of Conduct, Election Commission is not allowing the Review Meetings by the Chief Minister or the Minister, Somireddy tried to defy that. However, officials do not want to take the risk.
This also indicate that the officials have scarce respect for the TDP Minister which may indicate a change in the government in Andhra Pradesh. Usually, Bureaucrats are first to sense the change of Power in any state. Results are still 22 days away and needless to say, TDP leaders will have sleepless nights.
