Vishwa Hindu Parishad defends Justice Shekhar Yadav?

Amidst the controversy over allahabad High court Justice Shekhar Yadav's participation in vishwa Hindu Parishad's program and his statement on minorities, VHP's Central Organization General Secretary Milind Parande has defended him. He said that the council generally invites retired judges only. But whatever he said in his address, there is nothing wrong in it.

VHP leader Milind Parande said that vishwa Hindu Parishad often invites retired judges in its programs. We expect that retired people will work to propagate Sanatan Dharma, but we do not expect anything from the current people who are in service. However, Justice Shekhar Yadav did not say anything wrong in his address. He said that this matter is pending in the Collegium of the supreme court, so it would not be appropriate to say much about it.

Justice Shekhar Yadav clarified

Earlier on Tuesday, Justice Shekhar Yadav had also appeared before the supreme court Collegium, where Justice sanjeev Khanna clarified his point of view before the Collegium. According to the news of Times of India, he has said in his clarification that his address was not understood in its entire context, but a controversy has been created by picking up some parts of his speech. During this, Justice Khanna asked him to take care of the dignity of his post. The five judges said that every statement of the judge should be in accordance with the dignity of the post so that it does not affect the faith of the people in the judiciary.

Let us tell you that in the program of vishwa Hindu Parishad, Judge Shekhar Yadav had said that the country will run according to the sentiments of the majority. He also used the word 'Kathmullah' for Muslims and said many such things, which created controversy. There has also been a demand for conducting a Mahabhiyag against him and removing him from the post of judge.
