The lawyer of Atul Subhash, who committed suicide in his house in Bengaluru, the capital of Karnataka, has made a big claim. On one hand, while his client Atul has told his part of the truth about the judicial system in his suicide note, his lawyer has said that there is no fault of the court or the judge. He said that Atul used to earn 84,000 rupees in Bengaluru. His wife also earns well. Keeping all things in mind, the court had given a maintenance order of 40 thousand rupees per month for the child. This order was not for the wife. Atul probably felt that this 40,000 rupees was too much. If he felt that it was too much then he should have approached the High Court. If he took a step like suicide over this, then there is no fault of the court.
Dinesh Mishra, who represented Atul Subhash in the family court in Jaunpur, said that if the boy's family comes to him, he will consult them further. He said that if any order seems wrong, then appeal is the only option. It is sad to commit suicide instead of doing so. This matter was decided in July. Since then people have not come here. Mishra said that if any kind of settlement was reached outside the court or they were harassed, then the court is not responsible for this.
