According to Dawn report, Kalat Division Commissioner Naeem Bajai, while giving information about these attacks, said, "Seven soldiers posted at the check post were killed in this attack, while 18 others were injured." He said that the injured and dead bodies have been sent to CMH, Quetta.Security forces killed 6 terroristsAccording to Inter-Services Public Relations, there was an encounter between terrorists and security forces trying to attack a security post near Shah Mardan on friday night. In this encounter with security forces, six terrorists were killed, while four others were injured. At the same time, seven security personnel were killed, while 18 others were injured. The ISPR said that the terrorists used rockets, grenades and automatic heavy weapons before attacking the Shah Mardan check post of the Frontier Corps (FC).Search operation startedKalat Deputy Commissioner Bilal Shabbir said that security forces have launched a search operation in Johan and surrounding areas to trace the terrorists involved in the attack. He said that the bodies and injured have been airlifted to CMH in Quetta. The concerned officials are investigating the incident. local officials have identified the martyrs as Naik Bakht Zaman, Lance Naik Ghulam Ishaq, Lance Naik Abdul Qadir, Sepoy Rizwan, Sepoy Waqas, Sepoy ali Abbas and Sepoy Saqib-ur-Rehman.Shahbaz Sharif criticisedCondemning the terrorist attack, prime minister Shahbaz Sharif said, "The elements spreading anarchy and unrest in balochistan are the enemies of the people and the development of the province. Such acts cannot stop the government's commitment towards the progress and prosperity of Balochistan."
