BJP MLA's connection in Mohit Pandey custodial death case?
The case of Mohit Pandey's death in police custody in Chinhat police station of Uttar Pradesh's capital lucknow is in a lot of discussion these days. Meanwhile, Mohit's friend rahul singh has also mentioned the bjp mla in the case of Mohit Pandey's death. Deceased Mohit's friend rahul told that the accused Adesh and his uncle are close to bjp mla Ajay Singh from Gonda. Adesh Singh's uncle is a contractor for bjp mla Ajay Singh and on whose orders was Mohit Pandey kept in the police station illegally from 11 pm to 1 pm the next day.
What did Mohit's brother-in-law say?
Mohit's brother-in-law told that when he went to free his brother-in-law on friday night, the police did not listen to him and Adesh's uncle said that do not know my identity. If you know my identity, it will be a problem for you, he said that until Aadesh is not arrested, you will not know about Aadesh's uncle and Aadesh had also told that Aadesh's uncle is related to an MLA.
Mohit's brother was also beaten by the police
Before this, Mohit's family had also named Aadesh's uncle. They had said that on Aadesh's uncle's call, the police tortured Mohit a lot and Aadesh's uncle gave money to the police, after which all this happened. The family had said that when Mohit's brother went to the police station to free Mohit, he was also arrested by the police and he was also beaten up.
FIR registered against the accused
After receiving the complaint in this case, a case has been registered against the accused Aadesh, Aadesh's uncle, Chinhat police station in-charge Ashwani Chaturvedi and other unknown persons under serious sections BNS 2023 103(1) and BNS 2023 61(2). Along with this, lucknow police Commissioner on sunday removed Chinhat police station in-charge (SHO) Ashwani Chaturvedi from his post and in his place Sub Inspector Bharat Pathak has been appointed as the new SHO of Chinhat police station.
