Sanjay Singh's troubles increased in 23 year old case…


In Sultanpur, UP, mp MLA court of Sultanpur has issued arrest warrant against 5 people including Aam Aadmi Party's national spokesperson and rajya sabha mp sanjay singh, Samajwadi Party's national spokesperson. Now the hearing in this case will be held on 20th August.

Actually this case is near Gabhadiya Over Bridge of nagar Kotwali area, where 23 years ago on 19th june 2001, Anoop Sanda, sanjay singh and many others had protested regarding various public problems including electricity and water. It is alleged that these people had protested by blocking the road. After this, the then sub-inspector of nagar Kotwali had registered a case against all of them.


Warrant issued in 23 year old case

The case was going on in mp MLA court located in Diwani, in which while hearing, the court had ordered three months imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 1500 to 6 people including Aam Aadmi Party's national spokesperson and rajya sabha mp sanjay singh, SP's national spokesperson, after which these people filed an appeal in the Special Session court, which was rejected by the court and ordered surrender on 9th August

Next hearing will be on 20th August

On 9th august, the presiding officer of the court was not on leave, but till now all these people have not surrendered but were asking for a chance. While hearing today, the court showed strictness and refused to give a chance. Also, arrest warrant has been issued against all of them. The case of five people including AAP leader sanjay singh was going on in MP-MLA court located in Diwani, where the court found all the five people guilty while hearing and imposed a fine. After which these people challenged it in the Special Court. This was rejected by Sultanpur MP-MLA court and ordered surrender. Today the court has issued a warrant against these people. The next hearing will be on august 20.
