A water tanker is seen in the video posted on social media, people are climbing on the moving tanker risking their lives to get water from this water tanker. Hundreds of people are seen struggling for water. people push each other and climb on the water tanker to fill water. people standing below are seen struggling to fill buckets and cans with water.

Politics over water

Politics has intensified over the water problem in Delhi. The kejriwal government of delhi has again blamed the haryana government for the water problem this year. The kejriwal government had filed a petition in the sc regarding the increasing water crisis. After which the sc has ordered the Himachal government to release 137 cusecs of water into the yamuna river. The court has asked the haryana government to ensure that the additional water coming from Himachal can reach delhi through its canals.

Ban on wastage of water

The supreme court has warned the delhi government and said that the AAP government should ensure that there is no wastage of water in Delhi. For this, the suggestions given by the Upper yamuna River Board should be implemented.
