In a post on X, prasanna Sankar, a co-founder of Rippling whose divorce has come under public spotlight due to startling claims made by his wife Dhivya, has now addressed each accusation separately. prasanna Sankar has given a screen grab of their whatsapp conversation, emails, and court documents to refute claims of "kidnapping," "prostitution," and other offenses.
Following Dhivya's speech at a press conference outside a police station, prasanna Sankar made these remarks.
Dhivya filed a complaint with the Thirumangalam police on march 9 alleging that her son was taken away by his manager, Gokul Krishnan, on the suggestion of her husband, prasanna Sankar. According to the police, she had complained that her son had not been returned to her after two days, as had been previously promised.
Countering the "kidnapping" allegations, prasanna Sankar shared a screenshot of his whatsapp conversation with Dhivya and said, "Primarily, the complaint says I kidnapped the child. She says I took him by force and threats. PFA - she instructs voluntarily when we should pick up the child from her house, as per the terms of the MOU custody agreement."
"Secondly, she claims I "forced" her to sign the MOU against her will. PFA - her lawyer is negotiating with my lawyer regarding the agreement. After many back and forths, a settlement is reached voluntarily. I have never spoken to her to date, for many mos, after false cases," prasanna Sankar said.
On the "sex predator," "sexual misconduct," and "prostitution" charges, prasanna said, "Then she alleges that I recorded porn videos of her and distributed them. Calls me a "sex predator"; She made the same allegations to SG police. It's a 30-year sentence if true."
