While on one hand bharatiya janata party won all four lok sabha seats, congress candidates won four out of six seats in the by-elections held in the state.
Anuradha Rana from Lahaul Spiti, Ranjit Singh Rana from Sujanpur, vivek Sharma from Kutlehad and Rakesh Kalia from Gagret have won on congress ticket.
