As arjun kapoor celebrated his 39th birthday on Wednesday, actress malaika arora skipped the actor’s birthday bash and also shared a cryptic message about trust on Instagram.

On tuesday night, arjun hosted a birthday bash attended by Janhvi Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, varun Dhawan, natasha Dalal, and mohit marwah at his home. However, Malaika's noticeable absence from the party reignited rumors about their breakup. 

Meanwhile, malaika took to instagram stories and reposted a post that read, "I like people that I can trust with my eyes closed and my back turned." It was shared with the caption, "Because gods going to tell me the truth somehow! And that’s the truth! So stay genuine!" Malaika simplyre-posted it.  

Malaika and Arjun's relationship

Speculation about their split began circulating on social media in May. At that time, a source close to IANS revealed: "Going by Arjun's body language and how he is right now, it has happened. They have been dating for so long,hence it has been very peaceful, dignified, and respectful. malaika and arjun are still amicable with each other." 

Rumors of their relationship first surdata-faced in 2018, and in 2019, arjun and malaika made it instagram official.

Arjun's sister Anshula took to instagram and posted a series of pictures with arjun along with the video from his birthday celebration last night which was attended by Janhvi, varun, and others. She wrote in the caption, "Happy birthday to my number one
