A fresh update has come out in the pune porsche car accident case. The court has sent both the father and grandfather of the accused minor to 14 days judicial custody. The crime branch of pune police filed a production application for the father of the minor accused in the pune District court in the first FIR in which charges of 120B were added. This is the same FIR of tampering with blood samples in which both the doctors and an employee were arrested and they are in police custody.

Pune police has written a letter to the Juvenile Justice Board to seek permission to investigate against the minor allegedly involved in the 'Porsche' car accident. An official gave this information on Friday. On May 19, in kalyani Nagar, pune, a 17-year-old driver of a porsche car allegedly hit two software engineers riding a motorcycle, killing both of them. police claimed that the accused was driving the car in an intoxicated state.

Additional Commissioner of police (Crime) Shailesh Balkawade said, "We have written a letter to the JJ Board seeking permission to investigate against the minor." The Juvenile Justice (JJ) Board had granted bail to the juvenile accused in the case, son of builder vishal Agarwal, a few hours after the accident and asked him to write a 300-word essay on road safety. Amid heavy criticism, the police filed a revision petition in the Juvenile Justice Board, after which the board modified the order and sent the accused to the detention center till june 5.

The minor's father and grandfather have been arrested for wrongfully confining their family's driver, luring him with cash and gifts and threatening him to take the blame for the accident. The police have also arrested two doctors and an employee of Sassoon Sarvopchar Hospital here for allegedly replacing the juvenile's blood samples with someone else's.
