Accused of spreading religious fanaticism...

The suspended principal of indore Law college has got relief from the supreme Court. The principal was accused of spreading religious fanaticism. The allegation was that books spreading religious fanaticism were being given to children to read in the law college. Actually, the whole matter is of december 2022, where the principal and teachers of government Law college, indore were accused of spreading religious fanaticism. It was alleged by the akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad that such books are being given to the students to read in the law college which spread religious fanaticism and are helpful in it.

FIR was registered against professor Doctor Mirza

In this entire incident, on the complaint given by the students of akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, an FIR was registered in the local police station against the author of the book, Dr. Farhat Khan, the then principal of indore government New Law college, Nimur rahman and another professor of the college, Dr. Mirza. Here, after the hearing in the supreme court, the court has ordered to cancel the complaint filed against the principal. In this case, the principal had filed a petition before the supreme court before the indore bench of madhya pradesh High court, demanding quashing of the FIR against him. He said that the book was already kept in the library but the court had rejected his request. The petition was rejected.
