Mumbai's Dindoshi Sessions court has rejected the petition filed by 25-year-old Shinova Shukla in this case. Shinova had filed a petition in the court demanding dna test of ravi kishan, which was rejected by the court. The court said on this matter that prima facie there does not seem to be any case that there was any family relationship between the woman's mother and ravi Kishan. This order of the court has come a week after mumbai resident aparna Thakur had claimed that Bhojpuri actor and bjp mp ravi kishan is the father of her daughter Shinova.Shinova had asked for the rights of her daughter!A girl named Shinova, who claims to be the daughter of ravi kishan, has filed an application in the Dindoshi Sessions court, claiming herself to be the daughter of ravi kishan and demanding the rights of his daughter. Demanded dna test of ravi kishan to prove herself as his daughter. This matter was heard on the previous date in Dindoshi Sessions court and after that, the court had reserved the decision. However, during the hearing yesterday in the court, ravi Kishan's lawyer refused to accept Shinova as his daughter and asked for financial help to her mother Arpana (Thakur) Soni.Shinova called ravi kishan her fatherAparna's daughter Shinova had claimed that ravi kishan is her biological father. She told the court that she used to call him uncle. During the hearing, Shinova's lawyer told that she has many childhood photographs with ravi Kishan. The lawyer claimed that ravi kishan has been raising him since childhood. Shinova had got dna test done not only for ravi kishan but also for her father Rajesh Soni which turned out to be negative. This test made it clear that Rajesh Soni is not his father. Shinova had also filed a petition in the court demanding dna test of ravi Kishan.
