Voting took place in 12 parliamentary constituencies in the first phase of lok sabha elections in Rajasthan. About 58 percent of voting took place on these seats. Now the second phase of voting is to be held on 26 April. In the first phase, voting was held in jaipur, jaipur Rural, Alwar, Bharatpur, Sri Ganganagar, Dausa, Bikaner, Karauli-Dholpur, Churu, Sikar, Nagaur, Jhunjhunu lok sabha seats. Now in the second phase, voting will be held on Barmer, Jalore, Udaipur, Banswara, Kota, Bhilwara, Ajmer, Pali, Jodhpur, Chittorgarh, Rajsamand, Bhilwara, Tonk Sawai Madhopur and Jhalawar-Baran seats. • Highest 65.64 percent voting took place in the Sri Ganganagar seat of Rajasthan. In the 2019 lok sabha elections, 74.39 percent voting took place here.
• If we talk about the lowest turnout, then Karauli-Dholpur has the lowest turnout of 49.29 percent, while Karauli-Dholpur had 55.06 percent voting in 2019.
• If we talk about the booth with the least voting in rajasthan, the least voting took place in Kheria Billoch village of Rupwas, Bharatpur. The number of voters in Rupwas is 1100 but only 56 people cast their votes because the villagers here were demanding the removal of liquor vends for a long time. When their demands were met, they boycotted voting.• people of Palawala Jatan village under Dausa lok sabha constituency boycotted the elections due to the lack of development works in the area. Villagers say that after delimitation the village was deprived of development. Former sarpanch of the village, Rameshwar Gora said that the village lacks means of transport and other basic facilities and development. He said, 'We have been boycotting every election continuously for 4 years.
• Tight security arrangements were made for free, fair, and peaceful voting on the lok sabha seats of Rajasthan. rajasthan Police along with companies of Central Armed Forces and home Guard personnel were deployed to maintain peace and law and order.
