The Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of Narayangarh in Haryana's Ambala district was patrolling to check illegal mining activities in the area when his car was allegedly hit by a suspicious SUV. Officials gave this information on Sunday. police said that the incident took place at 1 am on the intervening night of march 27-28 and an FIR has been registered in the matter on Saturday.

According to the FIR, SDM yash Jaluka, his security guard and three other people including the driver were patrolling in their car when an SUV started following them. It said that he tried to stop the SUV near the bridge of Toka Sahib Gurudwara village, but the occupants of the SUV deliberately tried to hit his car at high speed and later fled from the spot. The people traveling in the SUV are suspected to be linked to the mining mafia. However, they fled from the spot.

The mining mafia had murdered DSP

Even before this, the terror of the mining mafia has been seen in Haryana. In the year 2022, DSP Surendra Singh Bishnoi, who was investigating illegal stone mining in Nuh district, was murdered by the mining mafia. A dumper was run over DSP Surendra Singh. When the police surrounded the murder accused, he also fired at the police. In retaliation, the cleaner of the dumper was shot, after which the accused was arrested.

The enforcement team was attacked in Sonipat

Earlier, the Special Enforcement Team in Sonipat was attacked by a gang doing illegal mining. During this time, a police personnel was also beaten up and the uniform of an ASI was also torn.
