Aiming the ruling bjp in the state at a rally in Beri in Jhajjar district, a part of the rohtak Lok Sabha constituency, Bhupinder Hooda also claimed that in the last 10 years, haryana lagged on various developmental parameters including per capita income. bjp leader saini took over as the chief minister of haryana last month in place of Manohar Lal Khattar.
