NCP Sharad Chandra Pawar has filed a complaint in the election commission against bjp and Eknath Shinde faction's Shiv Sena. This information has been given in the statement issued by the party. Sharad Pawar's party has made this complaint alleging a violation of the Public Representation Act and Model Code of Conduct.

NCP Sharad Chandra Pawar said in a statement issued on 'X', "Both shiv sena (Eknath Shinde) and bjp have released the names of leaders of other political parties in the list of their star campaigners, which is a violation of Section 77 of the Representation of the people Act."'

"Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde) has released the names of various people who have the potential to hold high public posts like Prime Minister, Union Ministers, CM, Deputy CM," the party said in a statement. This is not only a violation of the Representation of the people Act but also under the Model Code of Conduct, representatives of the ruling party at the Center or in the State do not have the right to use their official positions for the election campaign."
