He said, “The law of the country is very clear. President's rule can be imposed only when there is no other option. The issue of Article 356 has gone to the supreme court several times. He said that the apex court has ruled every time that, “President's rule can be imposed only when there is no other option left for the governance of the state. If President's rule is imposed today, it will become clear that this is a case of political vendetta."

ED does not need evidence
