Which sitting MPs were canceled by BJP-JDU? 


The fifth list of lok sabha candidates has been released by bjp on Sunday. In this list, candidates have also been announced for 17 lok sabha seats of bihar which are part of the BJP. The party has canceled the tickets of three sitting MPs in Bihar. The name of Union minister ashwini Kumar Choubey is also included in this.


Which MPs' tickets were canceled by the BJP?

The ticket of Union minister ashwini Kumar Choubey has been canceled from Buxar seat. ashwini Choubey was elected mp for the second consecutive time in 2019. In his place, senior bjp leader and former mla Mithilesh Tiwari has been given the ticket. The party has canceled the tickets of its sitting MPs Chhedi Paswan and ajay Kumar Nishad from the Sasaram and muzaffarpur constituencies. Now former mla Shivesh ram will contest from Sasaram in place of Chhedi Paswan. raj Bhushan Nishad has now been given the ticket from muzaffarpur seat in place of ajay Kumar Nishad.


JDU also did not give tickets to these MPs

On the other hand, JDU, a part of NDA, has also canceled the tickets of many MPs. JDU, headed by bihar Chief minister Nitish Kumar, on sunday announced candidates for the 16 lok sabha seats in the state under the alliance. According to the list, 12 sitting MPs of the party have been given tickets this time too. But, by cutting the ticket of sitting Sitamarhi mp Sunil Kumar Pintu, Legislative Council Speaker Devesh Chandra Thakur has been made the candidate. Whereas on Siwan seat, the ticket has been given to Vijay lakshmi devi in place of current mp Kavita Singh, who had joined JD(U) a day ago with her husband Ramesh Singh Thakur.
