A case of assault was registered against the YouTuber Elvish Yadav
Reportedly bigg boss OTT-2 winner and YouTuber Elvish Yadav will be produced in the Gurugram district court on march 27. Gurugram police had applied to the court for a production warrant for Elvish Yadav, which has been approved by the court. Regarding this, Elvish Yadav will appear in the court on march 27.
Meanwhile Elvish Yadav will be presented in Gurugram court in the case related to the assault on YouTuber Sagar Thakur alias Maxtern. The court of Gurugram First Class Judicial Magistrate Harsh Kumar has allowed the production of Elvish Yadav on march 27 on his production warrant application filed by the Gurugram Police.
A case of assault against Elvish Yadav along with YouTuber Sagar Thakur alias Maxtern was registered in Sector 53 police station of Gurugram. SHO Inspector Rajendra Kumar said that the police had filed an application in the court on wednesday for a production warrant for the accused Elvish Yadav in the assault case registered on march 8 in Sector 53 police station. Regarding which the court has fixed his appearance on march 27. Now Elvish Yadav will be brought from noida to Gurugram for appearance. At present, Elvish Yadav is lodged in noida jail. Gurugram court has sent an order to the jail authority of noida regarding the appearance of Elvish Yadav. Uttar Pradesh police will present Elvish Yadav in Gurugram court on march 27 and then Gurugram police will take Elvish Yadav on police remand for questioning.
