Why Priya Dutt leaves Congress and joins Shiv Sena Shinde faction?
Reportedly congress leader priya Dutt may leave congress and join shiv sena Shinde faction. priya Dutt is the daughter of late actor and congress leader sunil dutt and sister of actor Sanjay Dutt. Along with ashok Chavan, baba Siddiqui and Milind Deora, priya Dutt can also join those leaders who bid goodbye to congress before the lok sabha elections.
Perhaps priya Dutt has been congress MP from mumbai North Central seat in 2009. In 2014 and 2019, she lost to Poonam Mahajan. According to shiv sena sources, priya Dutt will not only join Shinde faction shiv sena but shiv sena can also make her a candidate from North Central seat. However, priya Dutt has not been very active in the last five years. In the last 5 years, he has participated in very few programs of Congress. Sources are saying that baba Siddiqui, who recently joined ncp (Ajit Pawar), is creating an atmosphere in the alliance for priya Dutt. priya Dutt refused to make any comment during the phone conversation.
Moreover the bugle of lok sabha elections in maharashtra has been saved. bjp, shiv sena and ajit pawar are contesting the elections in alliance. bjp has so far announced candidates for 20 seats. shiv sena and ajit pawar faction have not announced the names yet. Ramdas Athawale's party is also included in the alliance. Athawale has expressed his desire to field candidates on two seats in Maharashtra. However, he also made it clear that even if he does not get two seats in NDA, he will still remain with NDA. He has no political intention of leaving NDA.
