Reportedly after the release of caa notification, the series of political reactions has intensified. Meanwhile, bjp ally and bihar CM Nitish Kumar's party JDU has also given its opinion. Senior JDU leader KC Tyagi said that the central government has assured that no one's citizenship will be revoked under this law. Only those who are minorities of the three countries and who were citizens here before 2014 will be given citizenship. It has been passed by both lok sabha and Rajya Sabha. This has become a law.

On the allegations of the opposition, he said that if he feels that there is an opportunity for elections, he is free to say and think so. Let us tell you that the opposition parties are accusing the government that it has been implemented just before the elections. The opposition has raised questions on the timing. After the notification was issued by the government, bihar bjp Chief Samrat Chaudhary thanked the narendra modi government at the Center on social media. He wrote, "Historic moment for India. Heartfelt thanks to Modi government for realizing the resolution of CAA!"

Main things related to CAA: The Citizenship Amendment Bill 2016 was introduced in parliament to amend the indian Citizenship Act (CAA) 1955. Passed in lok sabha on december 10, 2019 and in rajya sabha the next day. caa became law as soon as it got the President's approval on december 12, 2019. central government issued caa notification on march 11, 2024. Under this, the government will give indian citizenship to persecuted non-Muslim immigrants (Hindus, Sikhs, Jains, Buddhists, Parsis and Christians) who came to india till 31 december 2014.
