Party's bihar state president Akhtarul Iman said on wednesday (March 13) that his party will contest lok sabha elections on 11 seats in Bihar. The 11 seats on which the party will contest include Kishanganj, Katihar, Araria, Purnia, Darbhanga, Bhagalpur, Karakat, Buxar, Gaya, muzaffarpur and Ujiarpur. Announcing to contest elections on these 11 seats, the party's state president Akhtarul Iman said that he is in talks with other parties also.
Akhtarul Iman said, "It was said about us that we field candidates only against Congress, but in bihar we are fielding candidates against BJP, JDU, Congress. As far as RJD is concerned, elections are against them also." Will fight, but right now they don't have a single mp from bihar in the Lok Sabha." State President of AIMIM said, "The parties of bihar always took the votes of Dalit Muslims and exploited them. Their share was never decided in the name of secularism."
