Do you know why are privileges needed even in crime?

Currently the largest party in the ruling party is bharatiya janata party and the largest party in the opposition is Congress. Apart from these two, there has been no significant reaction so far from the big leaders of all the political parties in the country on the supreme Court's decision related to special privileges. From Trinamool Congress, RJD, JDU, Samajwadi party, BSP, DMK, BJD, Left parties, shiv sena and both factions of ncp to Aam Aadmi party, everyone seems to be on the same side on this issue and that side is of silence. From the attitude of the leaders of their parties, it seems as if all the political parties do not want to discuss privilege and its actual meaning. In fact, it is the effort of all the political parties to keep the MPs and MLAs paramount in their behaviour.

We can say that when any issue comes up in which the functioning of the MPs as a community is questioned, then political unity is visible in all the political parties from parliament to the streets. The issue of privileges for MPs and MLAs is also similar. The framers of the Constitution had included Article 105 and Article 194 in the Constitution to give personal privileges to the MPs or MLAs. It would never be their intention or intention behind this that MPs or MLAs, in the name of privilege, start committing criminal acts like asking questions in the house or taking bribes for voting. This is a matter of common sense.
