As per report maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) leaders hold a meeting on seat sharing and come in front of the media and say that everything is fine and the seat sharing formula will be decided soon, but the reality on the ground seems to be different. On february 27, Shiv Sena-UBT leader Sanjay Raut had come in front of the media and said that the draft of seat sharing is ready, now the final seal will be given in the next meeting. Since then many meetings have been held in the alliance and the result is zero. Sources associated with MVA say that the main problem is between Shiv Sena-UBT and Congress.

Perhaps sources say that there is a lack of trust between shiv sena (UBT) and Congress. congress feels that uddhav thackeray is getting more benefit from the alliance. Senior congress leaders are confused about whether Shiv Sena-UBT votes will be transferred to congress or not. No one among shiv sena, UBT and congress is yielding, due to which the seat sharing dispute is not being resolved. It is being claimed that only sharad pawar is making honest efforts for the alliance.

Moreover information came from Wednesday's meeting that Shiv Sena-UBT can contest on 23 seats, congress on 15, Sharad Pawar's party on 10 and Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi on two seats. However, no final approval has been given on this. While Mahavikas Aghadi has not been able to reach a consensus among the three parties, it wants to bring along the Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi, whose leader Prakash Ambedkar has put a strange condition. He claimed that his party has influence on 27 of the total 48 seats in the state, hence he should be given the maximum number of seats. The issue of seat sharing in the india alliance in maharashtra has also become complicated due to the demand of Prakash Ambedkar. Whereas there are some seats on which both congress and Shiv Sena-UBT are claiming.
