Is Jayant Chaudhary led Rashtriya Lok Dal seems to be moving towards NDA?
Accordingly what will be the future of indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (I.N.D.I.A.) in Uttar Pradesh is no longer hidden from anyone. On one hand, Jayant Chaudhary led Rashtriya Lok Dal seems to be moving towards nda, while on the other hand, congress is also said to be angry with the unilateral decisions of SP. Amidst all this, a decision of akhilesh yadav has almost decided the future of the alliance in UP. Actually, SP announced candidates for 11 lok sabha seats on Monday, 19 february 2024. Prominent in this are those seats on which RLD was claiming or when the formal announcement of alliance between Jayant and Akhilesh was made on january 19, 2024, it was believed that RLD would contest the elections on certain lok sabha seats.
Meanwhile candidates have been announced for Amla, Shahjahanpur, Ghazipur, Muzaffarnagar, Hardoi, Bahraich, Misrikh, Mohanlalganj Pratapgarh, Gonda and Chandauli Lok Sabha. It is noteworthy that Jayant has not yet made a formal announcement on the alliance. Recently, his video also went viral on social media in which he was allegedly seen saying that I will not take any decision without asking you people (voters and the public). However, when the announcement was made to honor former prime minister and UP cm Chaudhary charan singh with Bharat Ratna, during the conversation with the RLD leader, when the journalists asked him a question on the alliance, he had said - Now with what mouth can you refuse?....
Moreover sources had claimed that one of the conditions set by RLD for joining the bharatiya janata party led national democratic alliance was that Chaudhary charan singh be honored with Bharat Ratna. Only after the Centre's announcement on Bharat Ratna, it was accepted that Jayant would no longer be with SP. When PM Modi informed about being honored with Bharat Ratna, Jayant had written on his post - Won the heart. Now that akhilesh yadav has shown the way out of the alliance to RLD, it will be interesting to see when and what Jayant Chaudhary takes the next step.
