As per report lyricist gulzar and Jagatguru Rambhadracharya will receive the Jnanpith Award this time. The Jnanpith Award Selection Committee has announced the names of both. Famous lyricist gulzar for urdu and Jagatguru Rambhadracharya for sanskrit will be given the 58th Jnanpith Award. Bharatiya Jnanpith General Manager RN Tiwari told that the decision was taken by the selection committee headed by renowned storyteller and Jnanpith awardee Pratibha Rai.

Meanwhile Jnanpith director Madhusudan anand was also present in the meeting. It is noteworthy that Bharatiya Jnanpith was established in 1944. From the year 1965, the Jnanpith Award was given annually for outstanding contribution to indian literature. Jnanpith Award is being given for the second time for sanskrit language and for the fifth time for Urdu. Jnanpith Award is the country's highest literary honor. The winners will be awarded a prize money of Rs 11 lakh, a statue of Vagdevi and a citation.

Perhaps Rambhadracharya was born in 1950 in Khandikhurd village of Jaunpur. Rambhadracharya, who lives in Chitrakoot, is a renowned scholar, educationist, polyglot, creator, preacher, philosopher and Hindu religious leader. Ramananda is one of the present four Jagadguru Ramanandacharyas of the sect and has been holding this post since 1988. Rambhadracharya is the founder and president of a religious and social service institution named Tulsi Peeth, named after Saint Tulsidas, located in Chitrakoot. Moreover Polyglot Rambhadracharya is a poet and writer in many languages including sanskrit, hindi, Awadhi, Maithili. Rambhadracharya also speaks 22 languages. RN Tiwari said that he has composed more than 240 books and texts, including four epics (two in sanskrit and two in Hindi), hindi commentary on Ramcharitmanas, poetic sanskrit commentary on Ashtadhyayi and Prasthanatrayi (on Brahmasutra, Bhagavad Gita and Pradhan Upanishads). sanskrit commentary is included. He is counted among India's best experts on Tulsidas. Rambhadracharya is the editor of an authentic copy of Ramcharitmanas, which is published by Tulsi Peeth. In 2015, the government of india honored him with Padma Vibhushan.
