PM Modi had promised thousands of crores for Bihar
According to sources government changed in bihar, alliance changed. No one has any idea how much bihar will change. However, within a week nitish kumar went on a visit to Delhi. There he also met PM Modi, home minister amit shah and bjp National President JP Nadda. Also met Modi, who had once promised to give lakhs of crores in elections.

This is from the 2015 bihar Assembly elections, when nitish kumar was contesting the elections for the first time along with Lalu prasad Yadav. He was firm on his ancient demand of special state status for bihar, which has not been fulfilled till date. But, meanwhile, nitish kumar kept coming back to BJP's side after going with RJD twice and once again bihar cm nitish kumar resigned on january 28 and then joined the bjp led party NDA for the 9th time. Took oath as cm of Bihar. Now neither nitish kumar is asked what happened to those promises worth thousands of crores of rupees, nor does he answer.
