Rajeev Chandrasekhar: Union minister rajeev Chandrasekhar has said that he is very happy to have served the people as his term as rajya sabha mp ends today.

In the house, Rajiv chandrasekhar said that it is a special privilege and honor to serve the people of india in the Upper house of our Parliament. His term as rajya sabha mp ends today. Out of my 18 years of service, I was an opposition mp for 8 years, he said.
He was a minister in prime minister Narendra Modi's government for 3 years and served as a Treasury mp for 10 years. rajeev Chandrasekhar also said, "As a member of the rajya sabha, I initiated discussions on 2G scam, NPA, single post, single pension, neutrality, data protection etc.
I definitely tried to work hard. He said, "I hope that my work and my activities will be in accordance with the standards set by all those who came before us." At the end of his tenure as a rajya sabha mp, he thanked prime minister Narendra Modi, home minister amit shah and bjp president JP Natta for their support and guidance.
Apart from remembering late karnataka senior leader Ananth Kumar, he also thanked former state chief minister BS Yeddyurappa. chandrasekhar also thanked former prime minister Deve Gowda. He said that Deve Gowda initiated my political entry and continued to support me.
