Budget is important for everyone, from big industrialists to common citizens, because the budget impacts everyone's life. That's why everyone's eyes remain focused on the budget. The public expects the government to present a budget that benefits them. There should not be much tax burden, there should be relief from inflation and maximum schemes should be announced.

In this, he gives the example of the sun to explain the tax system, the way the sun unknowingly absorbs water from the Earth and no one even knows. But it collects this water and causes rain in the form of clouds. people become happy after seeing the rain. The king (government) should also work in the interest of the public by collecting taxes like Bhanu (Sun). In his democracy, Tulsidas creates ram not as a person but as an ideal and value. Tulsidas tells in this couplet that, in ram Rajya, more tax was collected from those people who were able to pay the tax. Tax was not taken from those who were poor.
