SP released first list of its 16 candidates for Lok Sabha 2024 General lections

As per report Samajwadi party has released the first list of its 16 candidates for the lok sabha 2024 general elections. The first name in this list is that of Samajwadi Party's current mp from sambhal, Dr. Shafiqur rahman Barq, who is the oldest mp in the parliament and once again SP has declared him as its candidate. The dates of lok sabha elections are yet to be announced. But political movements are increasing in Uttar Pradesh. On Tuesday, Samajwadi party has released the first list of its candidates. The party has declared Dr. Shafiqur rahman Barq, the sitting mp from sambhal seat, as its candidate.

Meanwhile Dr. Shafiqur rahman Barq is known as a big Muslim leader in Uttar Pradesh. He has been a five-time mp and four-time MLA. He was born on 11 July 1930 in sambhal, Uttar Pradesh and reached the house by winning the elections from sambhal lok sabha seat in 2019 from Akhilesh Yadav's party Samajwadi Party.

Moreover Shafiqur rahman Burke has also been mla four times. He won the lok sabha elections for the first time in 1996 on SP ticket. However, in 2014, he reached the lok sabha by winning on Mayawati's BSP ticket. He first became mla from sambhal in 1974 on BKD ticket and in 1996 became lok sabha mp from Moradabad on SP ticket. He has also once been mp from sambhal on BSP ticket. He was mp of Moradabad lok sabha thrice and has won the election of mp from sambhal lok sabha twice. His grandson Ziaur rahman Barq is currently the mla from Kundarki assembly seat of Moradabad and Dr. Shafiqur rahman Barq himself is currently an mp from sambhal Lok Sabha. He is a strong candidate of Samajwadi party in Sambhal.
